The attention and service were excellent and second to none, the team was super professional, thorough, very pleasant to deal with, and well-coordinated. I'm super happy that I used Inner-city movers. They showed up ahead of the anticipated schedule and delivered an impeccable service.There were no hiccups whatsoever. My stuff was taken care of, not a single item was broken or scratched. Seriously, great service! I would use and recommend Inner-city movers any day and anytime, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Wicked help on my move! The team hustled hard to help me move my stuff - climbing up flights of thin narrow stairs endlessly with heavy contents they worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. Would recommend Inner City to anyone looking for movers.

I was introduced to Inner City Moving & Storage through our daughter who has used their services professionally herself.
Our most recent move last weekend is the fifth or sixth time we have used the company to move the contents of our secondary M-F commuter apartment in Toronto between residences.
A great company which has always sent polite and professional movers to take care of our move, which were completed in a timely manner without any damage or issues.
We just moved a number of items to a storage company since we are working from home in the country for the pandemic. We will be calling Paul to book those items coming out of storage in 2022 when we eventually return to in-office work and rent a new M-F apartment in Toronto.

I recently got Inner City Moving and Storage to move my Nephew (student) apt stuff from the core of downtown Toronto. Sloane and Noah did an amazing job, these 2 were upbeat, on time and professional. The invoicing for the service was also very efficient. I would recommend them, and use this company again. We had an office move to organize at the end of 2017. It wasn't a huge job, but and the firm we planned to use fell through with a few days to go. I called a few companies, but Paul at Inner City immediately impressed me with his straightforward approach and made himself and his crew available at very short notice.As soon as he and Jonah arrived, they were on top of what needed to be done and worked quickly, efficiently and felt like part of our 'team' right away.I would highly recommend Paul and his company - great attitude, very fair pricing, honest, hard-working and understanding of clients needs.

Very professional workers. We have quite a few really heavy pieces and was worried about damage and them not being able to lift them, but they did! They had all the equipment needed and everything went really well. They set everything up where we wanted so we didn't have to rearrange anything too. Also very friendly. I recommend them 100%

Thank you Innercity Movers!!! Moving is always stressful but when you are sick, alone and having to move from a house to a considerably smaller place it is even more difficult when u consider having to sell some of your stuff as well as deciding what has to go into storage and what should be thrown out. The innercity guys were so understanding and helpful they worked with me in separating my stuff helped me find storage and disposal that was convenient and affordable all while ensuring I met my deadlines to be out of the house. I honestly could not have done it without you guys. You even got me a great price for my couch!!! Anyone looking for honest, hardworking, reliable movers, Innercity is the best choice. They were honest and straight forward, They never sugar coated the work and cost involved. After coming to an agreement they came in and took charge of the move. Moving our office furniture with Inner City was easy. They were accommodating to our schedule, price was very reasonable and the staff was efficient, careful and on-time.We would definitely use them again.

I recently used Inner City Moving recently this year and was not pleased with the company at all. They were 5 hours late on day of delivery and lost an item that was precious to me. Long story short, I called several times when inquiring about lost item and was told it was broken. This was relayed to me after one week. I asked for compensation and Paul said that he would look into it. I have not yet received any more calls from him. It seemed that Paul, the owner, was nonchalant about every aspect of the move. The movers were great, but I will never recommend this company to anyone and will never us them as movers.

Inner city moving was outstanding. They disassembly and reassembled. The workers were professional and arrived on time. Terrific movers. I absolutely recommend Inner City Movers.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the company. During our move, several furniture items were damaged, and when we brought this to the attention of the owner, we were told we should have purchased insurance, and there was no apology. Also, I was given the option to pay by e-transfer, and I told him very clearly that since I am with a smaller bank, it takes about 20 minutes to come through. I showed one of the movers, the owner's son, the confirmation of the e-transfer so he would know it was sent. The owner ended up texting me, and left me a voicemail in which he accused me of ripping him off, and said he was 5 minutes away from our place and would come there. It felt very threatening, and as a whole was an unpleasant experience.

I was very happy with how well my move went. The teamwork was excellent, they guys were great and it went quickly. They also took good care of all my stuff and absolutely nothing was broken. The move was completely stress free. I will definitely hire them again.

Paul and his team were very professional, and carful when storing my items I would recommend and definitely use their services again.

Great team and took care to properly wrap valuables and antiques and properly stored for two weeks while my condo was being renovated. I recommend Paul and his team.

THEY CANCELLED THE SAME DAY I WAS SUPPOSE TO MOVE!!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I called 15min after they were suppose to arrive, no answer. I called again and woke up the owner. It took him 20min to call his guys to see where they were- apparently they had f-d off to London- but he assured me he was going to get his truck and come with another guy. He said his ETA would be 40min. Over an hour later he calls to ask if he could reschedule because he has a flu and doesn't want to work in the rain. This guy is a joke. My lease is up and I cannot stay in my apartment another night. Had to scramble to find last minute movers. This was a horrific experience. Please do not trust these people!!!!

When my wife and I had to undergo a logistically challenging move into a downtown Toronto condo building, we turned to hard-working Paul and his crew for help. He delivered exactly the service we needed: punctual, efficient, reasonably priced. He did such a great job that we called on him again when we moved out, and once again he delivered the excellent service we needed. Paul is not only friendly and willing to do what is necessary to make a move happen, he is practical and resourceful, with the ability to solve any of the little problems that might arise (like defrosting locks on moving containers). I highly, highly recommend Paul and Inner City Moving. Moving is stressful enough as it is, but Paul's skill and positive attitude offers peace of mind that everything will work out just fine.

Inner city movers where fantastic for my move. They were punctual, professional and extremely patient. I received a call to confirm my time and they showed up and they did an incredible job I will be using them again.

Paul and his team have been super helpful this year. I've had to move out all my stuff from a condo downtown to a storage unit, and then move out everything into my new place. No complaints at all, guys were professional and all my furniture and boxes came back in one piece. Highly recommend for DT Toronto.

With so many companies calling and sending emails i finally agreed to go with Inner City Moving, Paul was helpful on the phone and i could tell he had good insite on what he was doing, We had a good experience over all, Movers was friendly and really caring and respectful about our things, We had the feeling these guys truly wanted to help, even though the move took longer than originally quoited "understandably so" Money was never the main issue, they wanted us moved. I've moved a lot of times in my whole life Inner city moving is by far the best I have ever came across. I recommend them, they're respectful, caring, safe, and straight forward. Awful - avoid these guys. They did the classic 'we accept credit cards' and then forced me to pay them by cash once we reached my new place, or they would not unload my furniture. They were two hours late, broke a number of things that they had to come back and fix. Worst service I have come across in a long time - save yourself the hassle, never use them.

Before Innercity Moving Storage I had a VERY BAD experience with another moving company. Innercity Moving Storage has made me believe that there are honest people out there again. They were polite, fast, honest, reasonably priced and cared about my belongings. I highly recommend them for your moving needs. Two thumbs up here
