Truly happy with this company! I had a last minute move and I was very stressed about it but as soon as I got a hold of the boss Paul I knew I was in good hands. Paul was respectful and reasonable as well was his moving team they came on time worked none stop. One of his guys Andrew put furniture together for me and fixed 2 broken pieces of furniture that had been broken for months. Once again thank you amazing work!

I did a move with Inner City Moving & Storage Company they charged me a very fair rate for a move. The movers who came to my house were very professional. I would definitely use them again!

Inner City Movers were wonderful and made moving easy. Paul communicated well so we knew what to expect. He had the right truck for the job and the move went quickly. Having moved condo by myself a few times in Toronto, I can say that using Inner City Movers for the first time was well worth it and I would 100% use them again!

Hands Down the Best movers I have ever used!Extremely professional and incredibly thorough. They handled all of my personal belongings as if they were a first time delivery to my home by wrapping each piece including taking apart and reassembling them in my new home. Highly recommend!

Took care of my move like never before, the quote was spot on, incredibly helpful, communication prior to move day was strasparient and straight forward. Inner city moving team on move day was amazing - hard working, very careful and very efficient. Booking our move with Inner city was definitely the best thing we did. Highly recommended

Positive- arrived on time. Agreed to the $35.00 discount (should asked for more)I asked for because of the the stress they caused.Negative- They refused to use the sofa covers I provided to protect my white leather sofas, they only wrapped the parts that would touch the ground, as a result there was a dirty hand print on the sofa and one of them bled on it, from a scratch on his hand. Paul gauged a hole in my leather bed frame, fine accidents do happen. Paul said he would make it right and fix it but would need to take the piece. I moved Saturday, he said I may be able to get it back same day, if not Tuesday, he would call. He did not call, I called left a message, my call was not returned till the next day 3PM to say he can have someone deliver it at 4PM. I scrambled to do my errand earlier to be back in time, got held up, was 10mins late coming back, the person called said they were at my door and going to leave the piece. I asked him not to, he said ok, he'll wait. When I arrived it was left at my door. The repair was also very poorly done, the damage still very visible, just appeared to be glued together with black glue. When I called to book they said they accept credit card, but end of the move did not want to accept it because of credit card fees. I had to drive to the bank for cash as they followed me. These guys sound very nice on the phone but have extremely poor customer service skills. I DO NOT recommend their services.

We used Inner City moving 3 times now and just love how well things go with these guys, they showed up on time, they wrap all the furniture before moving them, they charge what was promis and they were just excellent movers..Thank you Paul, Malcolm and Alrick thanks Inner City moving...

Nothing but good things to say about this company and their team. We host a HUGE conference every year and have recently been in need of movers for our conference supplies which includes a ton of boxes - more than the average move. We have worked with many vendors and movers in the past and I think we finally found our fit. Paul and his team are on time, professional, hard working and friendly. They made this stressful time a breeze and the stress of loading all of our supplies to the venue from the office and back from the venue back to the office was seamless. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to traditionally move or is in need of business-related moving services.I can't say enough great things about them. Their payment process is easy and Paul has a customer-first approach. We will definitely be hiring them again!Best movers in the city, by far.

I recently used Inner City Moving recently this year and was not pleased with the company at all. They were 5 hours late on day of delivery and lost an item that was precious to me. Long story short, I called several times when inquiring about lost item and was told it was broken. This was relayed to me after one week. I asked for compensation and Paul said that he would look into it. I have not yet received any more calls from him. It seemed that Paul, the owner, was nonchalant about every aspect of the move. The movers were great, but I will never recommend this company to anyone and will never us them as movers.

My favourite movers! I've been using Inner City for years. They moved me again in May and it'd been 5 years since I last need them. Reliable as always. They show up on time, they hustle and they take care of my belongings. I recommend them to everyone. Inner City is a sure thing. Thanks Paul and team. You guys are great.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER Paul was nice until there was a problem and then turned nasty. They were 2 hours late and did not provide services they advertised, e.g. floor runners, free mattress bag, quilted moving blankets.They will deny that they provide a free mattress bag but I have their email to prove what was offered at time of reservation.The mattress was partially wrapped and got dirty. Box spring not wrapped at all, got dirty. A television set was dropped and they refuse to provide claim forms or to acknowledge any responsibility for possible damages to the set.They also now are denying that they did not drop the television and are saying that the owners moved it themselves which is not true.

Inner City Moving & Storage did a great job moving our personal belongings from our house into a storage locker. They were efficient, professional, and I would highly recommend!

Updating my review from 1 star to 3 because the owner replaced my broken furniture. Moral of the story, ask about the insurance and pay for it. Don’t leave it to chance.I made an appointment with this company a month in advance to move my things on May 1st at 8am, they showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes late, I had the elevator in my building booked for 8am assuming they would be on time and they were not. Upon arrival to my new home, the movers damaged my new tv stand, chipping a piece of wood at the front of it. When I called Paul to let him know what happened, she said to me ‘You don’t have insurance so we would weigh the furniture and pay you 65 cents per pound, which was disappointing to hear.Paul is honestly the worst business man I have ever encountered. He basically called me a liar when I told him his guys damaged by tv stand by saying ‘I spoke to my guy and he said your furniture was not made properly and that’s why it’s broken’. They chipped the front of it, what does that have to do with the assembly. It was assembled properly, the worker was not handling my furniture with care and damaged it. He didn’t even apologize.

The inner city moving team pack and move our things thoroughly. The movers were extremely considerate and understood our special needs. With the off load they reassembled and made sure everything was put back together with final placement. Great team. Highly Recommended.

Moving is always a hassle but with Paul and Joe, it was as smooth and easy as it possibly could be. And yes, affordable too! They are jovial and extremely professional. Paul also offered to dismantle and assemble our large furniture at no additional cost! Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the company. During our move, several furniture items were damaged, and when we brought this to the attention of the owner, we were told we should have purchased insurance, and there was no apology. Also, I was given the option to pay by e-transfer, and I told him very clearly that since I am with a smaller bank, it takes about 20 minutes to come through. I showed one of the movers, the owner's son, the confirmation of the e-transfer so he would know it was sent. The owner ended up texting me, and left me a voicemail in which he accused me of ripping him off, and said he was 5 minutes away from our place and would come there. It felt very threatening, and as a whole was an unpleasant experience.

The attention and service were excellent and second to none, the team was super professional, thorough, very pleasant to deal with, and well-coordinated. I'm super happy that I used Inner-city movers. They showed up ahead of the anticipated schedule and delivered an impeccable service.There were no hiccups whatsoever. My stuff was taken care of, not a single item was broken or scratched. Seriously, great service! I would use and recommend Inner-city movers any day and anytime, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Before Innercity Moving Storage I had a VERY BAD experience with another moving company. Innercity Moving Storage has made me believe that there are honest people out there again. They were polite, fast, honest, reasonably priced and cared about my belongings. I highly recommend them for your moving needs. Two thumbs up here

I cannot say enough amazing things about Paul and his team at Innercity Moving. We have used Innercity Moving for two moves (our most recent being this past weekend) and we wouldn’t choose anyone else! From our first reach out, Paul was incredibly responsive and helped answer questions surrounding move logistics. We had to change our move date and Paul did not miss a beat, and was able to reschedule. Flash forward to the day of the move: We had two friendly gentleman arrive promptly at the time we had arranged (a bit early in fact so we could set up the elevators, it was awesome). They were very efficient and professional! We didn’t have to lift a finger. They brought moving supplies that we had forgotten to purchase in the chaos (blankets, wrapping paper, mattress cover, etc), and took it upon themselves to wrap all our valuable items including very large and expensive paintings. In addition, they helped us disassemble some large pieces of furniture we were unable to do ourselves. Moves are generally very stressful, and both times we’ve used Innercity Moving, it’s been a walk in the park. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Paul and Innercity Moving team!

When my wife and I had to undergo a logistically challenging move into a downtown Toronto condo building, we turned to hard-working Paul and his crew for help. He delivered exactly the service we needed: punctual, efficient, reasonably priced. He did such a great job that we called on him again when we moved out, and once again he delivered the excellent service we needed. Paul is not only friendly and willing to do what is necessary to make a move happen, he is practical and resourceful, with the ability to solve any of the little problems that might arise (like defrosting locks on moving containers). I highly, highly recommend Paul and Inner City Moving. Moving is stressful enough as it is, but Paul's skill and positive attitude offers peace of mind that everything will work out just fine.

We had an office move to organize at the end of 2017. It wasn't a huge job, but and the firm we planned to use fell through with a few days to go. I called a few companies, but Paul at Inner City immediately impressed me with his straightforward approach and made himself and his crew available at very short notice.As soon as he and Jonah arrived, they were on top of what needed to be done and worked quickly, efficiently and felt like part of our 'team' right away.I would highly recommend Paul and his company - great attitude, very fair pricing, honest, hard-working and understanding of clients needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Inner City Moving. I would give them 6 stars if I could!I used this company to move out of my apartment, for storage of my things and to move into a new place once I had found an apartment (the rental market was quite competitive at the time).Setting up my move was very professional, Paul (The owner) and I had spoke prior to the move and set up a time. I received an email confirmation.Paul sent 3 movers and a cube van for my move. The movers were on time, professional, extremely quick, and really friendly. They wrapped all my furniture and brought a mattress cover for my bed.They took my things to a storage that Paul had set up for me. I went with them to see the unit, you don’t normally need to go but this was my first time using professional movers and I wanted to see the storage unit. The unit was just as Paul described and very easy to find. I had access to go in and out of the storage unit when I needed anything.I hired Innercity Moving for a second time to move my things again when I had found a place. Again they were on time, quick, and friendly. Paul even called during my move to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy.Absolutely everything was in perfect condition. I had quite a lot of breakables (large mirror, mirror cabinet, glassware, a crystal chandelier/lamp but they were all perfect. My mattress and couch were clean as well.I had constant communication with Inner City Moving (I may have called them too much), I was a actually quite worried because I have heard nightmare stories about other moving companies but this was definitely not one. I would highly, highly recommend using this company. There were no hidden costs, they didn’t take their time, and the prices are reasonable.Paul and his movers are amazing!! I will call you for my next move!

Great experience with Inner City Moving. Paul and Noah managed my move. They arrived on time and finished very quickly. They even helped to assemble a bed for me.
