I cannot say enough amazing things about Paul and his team at Innercity Moving. We have used Innercity Moving for two moves (our most recent being this past weekend) and we wouldn’t choose anyone else! From our first reach out, Paul was incredibly responsive and helped answer questions surrounding move logistics. We had to change our move date and Paul did not miss a beat, and was able to reschedule. Flash forward to the day of the move: We had two friendly gentleman arrive promptly at the time we had arranged (a bit early in fact so we could set up the elevators, it was awesome). They were very efficient and professional! We didn’t have to lift a finger. They brought moving supplies that we had forgotten to purchase in the chaos (blankets, wrapping paper, mattress cover, etc), and took it upon themselves to wrap all our valuable items including very large and expensive paintings. In addition, they helped us disassemble some large pieces of furniture we were unable to do ourselves. Moves are generally very stressful, and both times we’ve used Innercity Moving, it’s been a walk in the park. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Paul and Innercity Moving team!

Inner City Movers were wonderful and made moving easy. Paul communicated well so we knew what to expect. He had the right truck for the job and the move went quickly. Having moved condo by myself a few times in Toronto, I can say that using Inner City Movers for the first time was well worth it and I would 100% use them again!

Inner City Moving & Storage provided me with such incredible service. I called very last minute for help moving out of my apartment. Sloan and Rodrigo arrived early, and were incredibly efficient and respectful. The move was done very quickly, and I am extremely happy with the service. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for good quality and affordable movers. Great move overall. The movers were on time, professional, courteous, fast and very careful. nice crew to work with from start to finish, very respectful with our stuff. Andrea and crew was just marvelous.We save $$$ comparing to the competition.Highly recommend this company.

I was introduced to Inner City Moving & Storage through our daughter who has used their services professionally herself.Our most recent move last weekend is the fifth or sixth time we have used the company to move the contents of our secondary M-F commuter apartment in Toronto between residences.A great company which has always sent polite and professional movers to take care of our move, which were completed in a timely manner without any damage or issues.We just moved a number of items to a storage company since we are working from home in the country for the pandemic. We will be calling Paul to book those items coming out of storage in 2022 when we eventually return to in-office work and rent a new M-F apartment in Toronto.

Great team and took care to properly wrap valuables and antiques and properly stored for two weeks while my condo was being renovated. I recommend Paul and his team.

Phenomenal customer service, professional and efficient, overall great company!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the company. During our move, several furniture items were damaged, and when we brought this to the attention of the owner, we were told we should have purchased insurance, and there was no apology. Also, I was given the option to pay by e-transfer, and I told him very clearly that since I am with a smaller bank, it takes about 20 minutes to come through. I showed one of the movers, the owner's son, the confirmation of the e-transfer so he would know it was sent. The owner ended up texting me, and left me a voicemail in which he accused me of ripping him off, and said he was 5 minutes away from our place and would come there. It felt very threatening, and as a whole was an unpleasant experience.

We moved our belongings from a house to storage for one month and they delivered on time. Every belongs are safe and packed with blankets.They were very efficient, extremely friendly, and a very hard worker. We are highly satisfied with their punctuality, professionalism and friendly nature.We will definitely book them again if we move in the future and pass on to our friends and family that they should use the company for their moves.Thanks Paul and team

My favourite movers! I've been using Inner City for years. They moved me again in May and it'd been 5 years since I last need them. Reliable as always. I had a fantastic experience with Inner City Moving. I would give them 6 stars if I could!I used this company to move out of my apartment, for storage of my things and to move into a new place once I had found an apartment (the rental market was quite competitive at the time).Setting up my move was very professional, Paul (The owner) and I had spoke prior to the move and set up a time. I received an email confirmation.Paul sent 3 movers and a cube van for my move. The movers were on time, professional, extremely quick, and really friendly. They wrapped all my furniture and brought a mattress cover for my bed.They took my things to a storage that Paul had set up for me. I went with them to see the unit, you don’t normally need to go but this was my first time using professional movers and I wanted to see the storage unit. The unit was just as Paul described and very easy to find. I had access to go in and out of the storage unit when I needed anything.I hired Innercity Moving for a second time to move my things again when I had found a place. Again they were on time, quick, and friendly. Paul even called during my move to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy.Absolutely everything was in perfect condition. I had quite a lot of breakables (large mirror, mirror cabinet, glassware, a crystal chandelier/lamp but they were all perfect. My mattress and couch were clean as well.I had constant communication with Inner City Moving (I may have called them too much), I was a actually quite worried because I have heard nightmare stories about other moving companies but this was definitely not one. I would highly, highly recommend using this company. There were no hidden costs, they didn’t take their time, and the prices are reasonable.Paul and his movers are amazing!! I will call you for my next move!

I'm a return customer at Inner City Moving -- the first time was an amazing experience with the company providing professional, efficient, and punctual service. The quote was spot on and fair. Both times I have had to contact Inner City Moving while in a tight time crunch, and both times they have delivered with exceptional service. Quick and easy move! Guys from Inner City Moving made it so simple for me from the moment I called them till the move was finished. Movers was very fast and professional, polite and respectful. All my furniture got to the place safe and they even advised me on how to arrange furniture in a new apartment! Best service! Highly recommend!

I was very happy with my experience moving last week. The movers arrived on time, were very careful with my belongings and the price was fair. What really makes them shine was how they responded to the unfortunate damage caused to my floor lamp. It was several years old and on its last legs, but they still offered to fix it at no charge. When that wasn't possible, they without hesitation reimbursed me the price of the item. I would definitely recommend their services and hope to use them again in the future.

I did a move with Inner City Moving & Storage Company they charged me a very fair rate for a move. The movers who came to my house were very professional. I would definitely use them again!

THEY CANCELLED THE SAME DAY I WAS SUPPOSE TO MOVE!!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I called 15min after they were suppose to arrive, no answer. I called again and woke up the owner. It took him 20min to call his guys to see where they were- apparently they had f-d off to London- but he assured me he was going to get his truck and come with another guy. He said his ETA would be 40min. Over an hour later he calls to ask if he could reschedule because he has a flu and doesn't want to work in the rain. This guy is a joke. My lease is up and I cannot stay in my apartment another night. Had to scramble to find last minute movers. This was a horrific experience. Please do not trust these people!!!!

Awful - avoid these guys. They did the classic 'we accept credit cards' and then forced me to pay them by cash once we reached my new place, or they would not unload my furniture. They were two hours late, broke a number of things that they had to come back and fix. Worst service I have come across in a long time - save yourself the hassle, never use them.

Truly happy with this company! I had a last minute move and I was very stressed about it but as soon as I got a hold of the boss Paul I knew I was in good hands. Paul was respectful and reasonable as well was his moving team they came on time worked none stop. One of his guys Andrew put furniture together for me and fixed 2 broken pieces of furniture that had been broken for months. Once again thank you amazing work!

Updating my review from 1 star to 3 because the owner replaced my broken furniture. Moral of the story, ask about the insurance and pay for it. Don’t leave it to chance.I made an appointment with this company a month in advance to move my things on May 1st at 8am, they showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes late, I had the elevator in my building booked for 8am assuming they would be on time and they were not. Upon arrival to my new home, the movers damaged my new tv stand, chipping a piece of wood at the front of it. When I called Paul to let him know what happened, she said to me ‘You don’t have insurance so we would weigh the furniture and pay you 65 cents per pound, which was disappointing to hear.Paul is honestly the worst business man I have ever encountered. He basically called me a liar when I told him his guys damaged by tv stand by saying ‘I spoke to my guy and he said your furniture was not made properly and that’s why it’s broken’. They chipped the front of it, what does that have to do with the assembly. It was assembled properly, the worker was not handling my furniture with care and damaged it. He didn’t even apologize.

horrible movers. zero respect for your items or their value. stumbling over things. dropping them. throwing them about. completely rude and only in it for the money. no respect or value for the customer at all. would never use these guys again.

We used them on a job recently and they were completely unprofessional.Showed up late.One man short.Asked for more money because the job was too big and heavy even though it was SPECIFIED to be exactly what it was.Accosted my female employees.Damaged the items they were moving and when asked if the had insurance to cover was told. "Not insured, your problem"

Inner city movers where fantastic for my move. They were punctual, professional and extremely patient. I received a call to confirm my time and they showed up and they did an incredible job I will be using them again.
