I had a great experience with Inner City Moving! I bought my first home and was shocked to see how expensive moving is in the city. I went with them for the price since it is lower than most. I was pleasant surprised by the amazing the service. I expected less than what I got 😊

Positive- arrived on time. Agreed to the $35.00 discount (should asked for more)I asked for because of the the stress they caused.Negative- They refused to use the sofa covers I provided to protect my white leather sofas, they only wrapped the parts that would touch the ground, as a result there was a dirty hand print on the sofa and one of them bled on it, from a scratch on his hand. Paul gauged a hole in my leather bed frame, fine accidents do happen. Paul said he would make it right and fix it but would need to take the piece. I moved Saturday, he said I may be able to get it back same day, if not Tuesday, he would call. He did not call, I called left a message, my call was not returned till the next day 3PM to say he can have someone deliver it at 4PM. I scrambled to do my errand earlier to be back in time, got held up, was 10mins late coming back, the person called said they were at my door and going to leave the piece. I asked him not to, he said ok, he'll wait. When I arrived it was left at my door. The repair was also very poorly done, the damage still very visible, just appeared to be glued together with black glue. When I called to book they said they accept credit card, but end of the move did not want to accept it because of credit card fees. I had to drive to the bank for cash as they followed me. These guys sound very nice on the phone but have extremely poor customer service skills. I DO NOT recommend their services.

They helped transfer equipment and supplies from warehouse to warehouse. They arrived in good timing, we're careful and priorities most fragile/ expensive items and worked with a great attitude. Lowest cost I've found. Would use their service again.

Moving our office furniture with Inner City was easy. They were accommodating to our schedule, price was very reasonable and the staff was efficient, careful and on-time.We would definitely use them again.

Paul and his team have been super helpful this year. I've had to move out all my stuff from a condo downtown to a storage unit, and then move out everything into my new place. No complaints at all, guys were professional and all my furniture and boxes came back in one piece. Highly recommend for DT Toronto.

My favourite movers! I've been using Inner City for years. They moved me again in May and it'd been 5 years since I last need them. Reliable as always. I was introduced to Inner City Moving & Storage through our daughter who has used their services professionally herself.
Our most recent move last weekend is the fifth or sixth time we have used the company to move the contents of our secondary M-F commuter apartment in Toronto between residences.
A great company which has always sent polite and professional movers to take care of our move, which were completed in a timely manner without any damage or issues.
We just moved a number of items to a storage company since we are working from home in the country for the pandemic. We will be calling Paul to book those items coming out of storage in 2022 when we eventually return to in-office work and rent a new M-F apartment in Toronto.

Used Inner City Moving for work (moving our office) and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything from pricing, level of care, punctuality, professionalism was awesome. Paul is a true gentleman, going above and beyond to help and accommodate us. We used them on a job recently and they were completely unprofessional.Showed up late.One man short.Asked for more money because the job was too big and heavy even though it was SPECIFIED to be exactly what it was.Accosted my female employees.Damaged the items they were moving and when asked if the had insurance to cover was told. "Not insured, your problem"

Paul and his team did a excellent job with helping me move into my new home, they were on time, polite and very carful with my furniture. I would definitely recommend them again for my next move.

We used inner city moving to move our office. I was impressed with the work. I decided to use them for my personal move. They were just as good, maybe better.They took good care of our things. Awful - avoid these guys. They did the classic 'we accept credit cards' and then forced me to pay them by cash once we reached my new place, or they would not unload my furniture. They were two hours late, broke a number of things that they had to come back and fix. Worst service I have come across in a long time - save yourself the hassle, never use them.

Before Innercity Moving Storage I had a VERY BAD experience with another moving company. Innercity Moving Storage has made me believe that there are honest people out there again. They were polite, fast, honest, reasonably priced and cared about my belongings. I highly recommend them for your moving needs. Two thumbs up here

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER Paul was nice until there was a problem and then turned nasty. They were 2 hours late and did not provide services they advertised, e.g. floor runners, free mattress bag, quilted moving blankets.They will deny that they provide a free mattress bag but I have their email to prove what was offered at time of reservation.The mattress was partially wrapped and got dirty. Box spring not wrapped at all, got dirty. A television set was dropped and they refuse to provide claim forms or to acknowledge any responsibility for possible damages to the set.They also now are denying that they did not drop the television and are saying that the owners moved it themselves which is not true.

Hands Down the Best movers I have ever used!Extremely professional and incredibly thorough. They handled all of my personal belongings as if they were a first time delivery to my home by wrapping each piece including taking apart and reassembling them in my new home. Highly recommend!

With so many companies calling and sending emails i finally agreed to go with Inner City Moving, Paul was helpful on the phone and i could tell he had good insite on what he was doing, We had a good experience over all, Movers was friendly and really caring and respectful about our things, We had the feeling these guys truly wanted to help, even though the move took longer than originally quoited "understandably so" Money was never the main issue, they wanted us moved. I've moved a lot of times in my whole life Inner city moving is by far the best I have ever came across. I recommend them, they're respectful, caring, safe, and straight forward. Inner City Moving & Storage provided me with such incredible service. I called very last minute for help moving out of my apartment. Sloan and Rodrigo arrived early, and were incredibly efficient and respectful. The move was done very quickly, and I am extremely happy with the service. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for good quality and affordable movers. I was very happy with my experience moving last week. The movers arrived on time, were very careful with my belongings and the price was fair. What really makes them shine was how they responded to the unfortunate damage caused to my floor lamp. It was several years old and on its last legs, but they still offered to fix it at no charge. When that wasn't possible, they without hesitation reimbursed me the price of the item. I would definitely recommend their services and hope to use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Paul and his team at Innercity Moving. We have used Innercity Moving for two moves (our most recent being this past weekend) and we wouldn’t choose anyone else! From our first reach out, Paul was incredibly responsive and helped answer questions surrounding move logistics. We had to change our move date and Paul did not miss a beat, and was able to reschedule. Flash forward to the day of the move: We had two friendly gentleman arrive promptly at the time we had arranged (a bit early in fact so we could set up the elevators, it was awesome). They were very efficient and professional! We didn’t have to lift a finger. They brought moving supplies that we had forgotten to purchase in the chaos (blankets, wrapping paper, mattress cover, etc), and took it upon themselves to wrap all our valuable items including very large and expensive paintings. In addition, they helped us disassemble some large pieces of furniture we were unable to do ourselves. Moves are generally very stressful, and both times we’ve used Innercity Moving, it’s been a walk in the park. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Paul and Innercity Moving team!

Wicked help on my move! The team hustled hard to help me move my stuff - climbing up flights of thin narrow stairs endlessly with heavy contents they worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. Would recommend Inner City to anyone looking for movers.

Truly happy with this company! I had a last minute move and I was very stressed about it but as soon as I got a hold of the boss Paul I knew I was in good hands. Paul was respectful and reasonable as well was his moving team they came on time worked none stop. One of his guys Andrew put furniture together for me and fixed 2 broken pieces of furniture that had been broken for months. Once again thank you amazing work!
