As a rough guide: a one-bedroom condo usually needs 20–30 boxes, a two-bedroom 35–50, and a three-bedroom house 60–90, plus dish barrels for the kitchen and wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes. Tell us your home size and we will give you a proper list — and if we are moving you, anything unopened is credited back, so it is better to have one too many.
If we are handling your move, yes — unopened boxes are credited back on the final invoice. That is deliberate: we would much rather you had a spare box than ran out at midnight the night before.
Yes, and you should insist on it with any mover. Materials arriving on move day is useless if you are packing yourself. Tell us when you want to start packing and we will deliver ahead of that across the GTA.
