Quick and easy move! Guys from Inner City Moving made it so simple for me from the moment I called them till the move was finished. Movers was very fast and professional, polite and respectful. All my furniture got to the place safe and they even advised me on how to arrange furniture in a new apartment! Best service! Highly recommend!

With so many companies calling and sending emails i finally agreed to go with Inner City Moving, Paul was helpful on the phone and i could tell he had good insite on what he was doing, We had a good experience over all, Movers was friendly and really caring and respectful about our things, We had the feeling these guys truly wanted to help, even though the move took longer than originally quoited "understandably so" Money was never the main issue, they wanted us moved. I've moved a lot of times in my whole life Inner city moving is by far the best I have ever came across. I recommend them, they're respectful, caring, safe, and straight forward. Hands Down the Best movers I have ever used!Extremely professional and incredibly thorough. They handled all of my personal belongings as if they were a first time delivery to my home by wrapping each piece including taking apart and reassembling them in my new home. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Paul and his team at Innercity Moving. We have used Innercity Moving for two moves (our most recent being this past weekend) and we wouldn’t choose anyone else! From our first reach out, Paul was incredibly responsive and helped answer questions surrounding move logistics. We had to change our move date and Paul did not miss a beat, and was able to reschedule. Flash forward to the day of the move: We had two friendly gentleman arrive promptly at the time we had arranged (a bit early in fact so we could set up the elevators, it was awesome). They were very efficient and professional! We didn’t have to lift a finger. They brought moving supplies that we had forgotten to purchase in the chaos (blankets, wrapping paper, mattress cover, etc), and took it upon themselves to wrap all our valuable items including very large and expensive paintings. In addition, they helped us disassemble some large pieces of furniture we were unable to do ourselves. Moves are generally very stressful, and both times we’ve used Innercity Moving, it’s been a walk in the park. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Paul and Innercity Moving team!

Recommended by a friend, Intercity moving is a excellent and professional moving company. I highly recommend them. The mover was careful, fast and take good care of our belongings. They wrapped, padded and protected every last piece of my furniture. Better yet they got all the work done within the window of time we scheduled. I should also note that our apartment was on the 2nd floor. I recommend Innercity moving and would use then again.

I was very happy with my experience moving last week. The movers arrived on time, were very careful with my belongings and the price was fair. What really makes them shine was how they responded to the unfortunate damage caused to my floor lamp. It was several years old and on its last legs, but they still offered to fix it at no charge. When that wasn't possible, they without hesitation reimbursed me the price of the item. I would definitely recommend their services and hope to use them again in the future.

I was very happy with how well my move went. The teamwork was excellent, they guys were great and it went quickly. They also took good care of all my stuff and absolutely nothing was broken. The move was completely stress free. I will definitely hire them again.

I was introduced to Inner City Moving & Storage through our daughter who has used their services professionally herself.
Our most recent move last weekend is the fifth or sixth time we have used the company to move the contents of our secondary M-F commuter apartment in Toronto between residences.
A great company which has always sent polite and professional movers to take care of our move, which were completed in a timely manner without any damage or issues.
We just moved a number of items to a storage company since we are working from home in the country for the pandemic. We will be calling Paul to book those items coming out of storage in 2022 when we eventually return to in-office work and rent a new M-F apartment in Toronto.

Awful - avoid these guys. They did the classic 'we accept credit cards' and then forced me to pay them by cash once we reached my new place, or they would not unload my furniture. They were two hours late, broke a number of things that they had to come back and fix. Worst service I have come across in a long time - save yourself the hassle, never use them.

I recommended Inner City to a client who was having work done on their home that required all furniture to be removed, stored and re-delivered. Paul and his team were very professional. In the process of moving items a cabinet glass door was cracked. Paul took full accountability to have the glass, which was curved and bevelled, replaced, quickly. My client was delighted with the results and with Paul's professionalism. I would highly recommend Inner City for any move. Prices are competitive, service excellent plus they offer additional move insurance.

Thank you Innercity Movers!!! Moving is always stressful but when you are sick, alone and having to move from a house to a considerably smaller place it is even more difficult when u consider having to sell some of your stuff as well as deciding what has to go into storage and what should be thrown out. The innercity guys were so understanding and helpful they worked with me in separating my stuff helped me find storage and disposal that was convenient and affordable all while ensuring I met my deadlines to be out of the house. I honestly could not have done it without you guys. You even got me a great price for my couch!!! Anyone looking for honest, hardworking, reliable movers, Innercity is the best choice. I'm torn writing this, as the gentlemen who physically did the work were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, accommodating and incredibly fast. If they didn't work for this sham of a company, I'd give them a glowing review.Here it goes - The gentlemen showed up an hour late. We're completely understanding as we lived in the downtown core, and we know how crazy traffic can be. When they arrived, they told us they would start the clock at 10 a.m., as it was exactly 10 a.m. (though we had booked them for 9.) From that point, everything was perfect. They had us packed up, on the road to Scarborough and completely unloaded in less than 3 hours total. Perfect!Then came the invoice time. These lovely gentlemen called Paul, who I understand owns this company, and he told them to start charging at 9:30 a.m. The gentlemen informed them that they hadn't arrived until 10, and his response was "doesn't matter, they booked us at 9." After fighting back and forth, we reluctantly agreed to pay it - I still don't know why. Then there was a $25 charge for a wardrobe box that I had to give back in the end. That makes ZERO sense to me. But again, we agreed to pay it. Then, we added everything up, agreed to the ridiculous total that was no where near what we had originally agreed to and gave them our credit card number and signed off on the invoice.A couple days later, we looked at our credit card statement and this crooked, disgusting human being charged us $35 MORE than what we signed for on the invoice. When we called him to ask him about it, he said that there was a 2.5% fee for using a credit card. He continued to say "listen, listen it's only a couple bucks, it's not a big deal." And my boyfriend and I went back and forth speaking to him. When I was on the phone, he patronized me and told me that I was "a savvy woman" and should be able to figure it out.All I can say is that I will NEVER use the services of this crook ever again and have made sure that everyone I know around town knows of this backwards way of business. Disgusting.

The people at Inner city move and storage move my son from a rented condo back in August of 2020. When scheduled to return his furniture and personal content, they never showed up. In calling them they had told me the content was misplaced and they would search and assured me they would do everything to find it. The first week went by an they gave me the excuse they personal contents and furniture were delivered in error to Vancouver, who they called but no reply. Week after week excuse after excuse and after the 3rd week just voicemail. The delivery was scheduled with them on Nov 20th for a delivery of Dec 2nd, no time in that timeline did I ever get a call. Now Jan14th 2021 no call backs nothing but voicemail. I would recommend looking else where for your next move!

They stored my 12 boxes of books very well.

THEY CANCELLED THE SAME DAY I WAS SUPPOSE TO MOVE!!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I called 15min after they were suppose to arrive, no answer. I called again and woke up the owner. It took him 20min to call his guys to see where they were- apparently they had f-d off to London- but he assured me he was going to get his truck and come with another guy. He said his ETA would be 40min. Over an hour later he calls to ask if he could reschedule because he has a flu and doesn't want to work in the rain. This guy is a joke. My lease is up and I cannot stay in my apartment another night. Had to scramble to find last minute movers. This was a horrific experience. Please do not trust these people!!!!

My favourite movers! I've been using Inner City for years. They moved me again in May and it'd been 5 years since I last need them. Reliable as always. They show up on time, they hustle and they take care of my belongings. I recommend them to everyone. Inner City is a sure thing. Thanks Paul and team. You guys are great.

Nothing but good things to say about this company and their team. We host a HUGE conference every year and have recently been in need of movers for our conference supplies which includes a ton of boxes - more than the average move. We have worked with many vendors and movers in the past and I think we finally found our fit. Paul and his team are on time, professional, hard working and friendly. They made this stressful time a breeze and the stress of loading all of our supplies to the venue from the office and back from the venue back to the office was seamless. Fabulous, professional, friendly service that is competitively priced. Paul and George completed my move according to plan. They packed up all of my belongings the day before and then transported everything to my new place without incident. I strongly recommend them.
