White glove is for the contents that are genuinely irreplaceable: original art, antiques, sculpture, collections, designer furniture. The difference is not politeness — it is custom crating, controlled handling, condition reporting and a crew that treats the inventory as the point of the job rather than a volume to be shifted.

White glove is quoted per project after we see the inventory. Crating, condition reporting and the slower handling pace are the cost — and they are the entire reason the service exists.

Every move we do is careful, so the difference is not attitude — it is method. White glove adds custom crating built to the object, written condition reports before and after transit, individual handling rather than load-based handling, and unwrapping and placement at the destination. It is for pieces where "we were careful" is not a good enough answer if something goes wrong.
