Can you help decide what will fit in a smaller suite?

We can help with the practical half of it. Give us the floor plan or the dimensions of the new suite and we will tell you honestly what fits and what does not — it is much better to know before move day than to discover it with a sofa in a corridor. The decisions about what matters are yours and your family's; the measurements are ours.

My parent is moving into a retirement residence — do you know their rules?

Most residences have a move-in window, a designated elevator and a certificate of insurance requirement, much like a condo. Tell us the residence when you book and we will contact them directly to confirm their requirements, so the day is not spent negotiating at a front desk.

Can you set up the new home rather than just deliver boxes?

Yes, and for senior moves we strongly recommend it. We make the bed, put the kettle and the everyday essentials out, hang what needs hanging and unpack the rooms that matter, so the first night in a new place feels like somewhere you live rather than a storage unit.
