Moving a house is a different job from moving a condo. There is no service elevator to book and no concierge to sign in with — instead there are basements, garages, sheds, attics, appliances plumbed into walls, and roughly twice the volume people expect. Our house-moving crews plan for the parts of a home that condo moves simply do not have.

House moves are hourly. The single biggest driver is volume people forget: garages, basements and sheds routinely add hours. We ask about them during the walkthrough specifically so the estimate matches the day, rather than quoting low and billing high.
