Yes — that is the normal arrangement for relocation work. We set the employer up as the billing party so the employee never fronts the cost, and we provide the documentation your finance team needs to code it. For companies relocating several people a year we can hold agreed rates on an account.
We can, and it is common. Start dates rarely line up with closing dates, so we hold household goods in our climate-controlled Scarborough warehouse and deliver when the permanent home is ready. The storage period is billed monthly and can be extended if the housing search runs long.
